Terms of Service

Custodian is operated by Adrien Belhomme, a sole trader registered in France under SIREN 822 039 673 (RCS Nanterre), at 67 avenue Gambetta, 92400 Courbevoie, France. The App generates and edits store pages and, with your explicit OAuth authorization, lists accessible advertising accounts and reads existing campaigns, ads, creatives, and reporting statistics. You may select an ad as context for page generation and associate it with a landing page. When you request generation, selected advertising data may be processed by the App's AI pipeline to produce the requested page. The App does not create, modify, pause, or delete advertising campaigns or ads, and does not change budgets, bids, targeting, or delivery settings.

The App is intended for Shopify merchants and team members they authorize. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify, Meta, and Google accounts and for all activity that occurs under them. You must provide accurate information and have the authority to connect any account you link to the App.

• Do not use the App for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the App to violate the terms of Shopify, Meta, Google, or any other connected platform.

The App integrates with Shopify, Meta, and Google. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, including the Shopify API License and Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, and the Google API Services User Data Policy. We access connected data only with your authorization and only as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to your store content, products, and advertising creatives. OriginMind retains all rights to the App itself, including its software, design, and underlying technology. Generated pages are yours to use within your store.

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Reporting metrics may be stored or cached for a limited period. When you disconnect a platform, its authorization revocation is attempted and the stored credentials are deleted. Credentials are also deleted when you uninstall the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriginMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, stored credentials are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which OriginMind operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
